All appointments must be made through our website www.silkaesthetic.ie or by contacting us at info@silkaesthetic.ie | silkaestheticireland@gmail.com. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Consultation Fee
We offer a free initial consultation. However, repeated cancellations or no-shows may require advance payment for future consultations.
A €50 fee will be applied in such cases.
Refund Policy for Consultation Fee
The €50 consultation fee is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the appointment.
No-shows will result in the €50 fee being non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation: Must be done at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Payment Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once the €50 consultation fee has been processed.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a consultation with Silk Aesthetic, you agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
Discounted Vouchers
The following conditions apply to the use of vouchers issued by Silk Aesthetic:
Eligibility: Vouchers are available to all customers who purchase from www.silkaesthetic.ie.
Redemption: Vouchers must be purchased from our website and applied to treatment bookings.
Exclusions: Vouchers can be used for all treatments.
Limitations: One voucher per customer, not combinable with other promotions or discounts.
Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Usage Restrictions:
Special discounted gift vouchers may be available for purchase.
Vouchers cannot be sold, traded, or transferred.
Vouchers expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
Payments and Refunds
Payment for services must be made in advance through our website, if available, or at the time of the appointment. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided.
Refund Policy
Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals.
All items and purchases are non-refundable, which does not affect your statutory rights.
Pre-paid treatments are valid for the following periods:
Per session: 3 months
Course of 3: 6 months
Course of 6: 18 months
Gift vouchers: Valid for one year from the purchase date
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Must be done at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid session.
A charge of €100 will apply for missed unpaid service or consultation appointments.
Before and After Campaigns
By participating in promotional campaigns, including before-and-after showcases, you explicitly consent to the use of your materials, including images and testimonials, for promotional purposes. You agree to allow us to modify and disclose these materials as necessary. You release Silk Aesthetic from any claims regarding the use of these materials.
Health and Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the client.
Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
